    Do you ship outside of North America?
    AVDeals will ship world wide for the United States Government, Free shipping does not apply to orders outside the USA, or to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. We will ship to APO addresses but cannot provide any tracking and cannot guarantee delivery times.

    I placed an order, now what happens?
    After you place a order you will receive an email which is generated by the shopping cart system. Please review this for accuracy and immediately notify us if there are any errors. Within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), you will receive a second email confirming order has been processed and  forwarded to shipping. After 2 business days you will receive an email containing your courier tracking number. See example timelines

    Generally packages are shipped within 24 hours. We do our best to ship on the same day order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipments are sent 3 day FedEx, except for large items such as subwoofers which are shipped UPS Ground. UPS Ground takes 3 to 5 days for delivery. Should your package not arrive within 4 business days after order confirmation email, please immediately contact tracking@avdeals.com

    Do I have to use a credit card online?
    Our checkout uses 128 bit SSL encryption, but if you do not wish to provide your credit card information online please place the order and select call for C/C number. A sales agent will contact you by phone to obtain the information.

    Where do I send a check or money order?
    If paying by check or money order please include a copy of your order and mark order number on check. If paying by money order please retain the number of the money order for your records. Please forward payment to our head office:

    Please Note: Personal checks and Money orders are held for 7 days to clear. Returned checks are subject to 25 dollar service charge.

    Are the Products New or Refurbished?
    All products on our site are brand new with full manufacturers warranty. There are No refurbished, No used, No seconds or damaged stock. We are fully authorized to sell all our products online. If we ever have a demo unit or refurbished unit to sell it will be very clearly marked on both the product description and your invoice.

    Why can't I send my Credit card information by Email?
    Email is completely insecure and can be, in theory, intercepted at any time by professional con artists who then sell your number. The chances of this happening are incredibly small, but why take the chance? Although by law the most you can be held responsible for is $50.00 and most credit companies waive that, it is still a major inconvenience having to replace your credit card should someone fraudulently use it.

    Why can't you send to P.O. Boxes or deliver products without a signature?
    Since we sell by mail order and never actually receive a card imprint we require proof of receipt of product. If you are not available to sign for a package FedEx will hold the unit at their center for pickup. Proper ID will be required.

    Out of Stock Items or Shipping delays
    We do our very best to maintain accurate stock levels but occasionally there may be shortages of some products. We cannot be held liable for such situations or for shipping delays. AVDeals reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders subject to full refunds being issued.

    Shipping Problems

    Damaged Product
    Should a product arrive which appears damaged in shipment please make note of this when signing for the package and immediately inspect the product. If a product has received severe damage, refuse the shipment due to damage and contact AVDeals immediately for a replacement.

    Any costs incurred due to orders cancelled after shipment, change of address after shipment, incorrect addresses on original orders (when customers fault), etc., will be deducted from refunds.

    Refused Shipments
    If order is not damaged and a customer refuses shipment, customer will be billed DOUBLE the FedEx published rate as we are charged for the return shipment by the courier.

    If an incorrect item is shipped in error or double shipped and the customer refuses to return the item at AVDeals cost. The customer will be charged for full value of the product. So if you order a $200.00 DVD player and a $4000.00 DVD writer arrives, sorry you don't get to keep it.

    Credit Card Charge backs and Returned Checks
    Any check returned NSF or any improper Credit Card chargeback, i.e. didnt recognize the charge on card (Phone number is on the statement) will be charged a minimum 25 dollar fee. Any party making false claims or statements on a chargeback request will be held liable for any damages.

    Should a NSF check not be covered immediately criminal charges will be laid. Note AVDeals primary bank is located in California and therefore subject to rights associated with California banking laws.

    Privacy Policy

    AVDeals collects and stores only information that you willingly supply to us. This information is only used by us to process and deliver orders. You will not receive any unsolicited email or communication from us or any other parties. We do not maintain a customer database. IP addresses are recorded and are only used to confirm origin of order in the case of a dispute or attempted fraud. At no time is any other information obtained. We do not make use of cookies or any other means to track your movements or collect personal information. We completely respect your privacy and in no way support SPAM (unsolicited email) or any form of unsolicited advertising or "Data mining"

    AVDeals will never sell, lend, lease or in anyway release your personal information, in whole or in part, to any party except for the following exceptions:

    Credit card companies will be supplied necessary information in order to process payment and perform address verification for security purposes. This data includes shipping and billing information. Email and comment data is not forwarded.

    Shipping companies and suppliers will be provided necessary information in order to facilitate processing and delivery of orders. Shipping information only.

    In the case of Fraud or attempted Fraud; Local, State, and Federal authorities, issuing bank and the verified card holder will be provided full details of the transaction.

    As with all vendors, we are required by the credit card companies to maintain records for a period of one year. These records are kept in hard copy form in our office. Our server is a secure 128 bit encrypted computer with PGP encrypted database and for extra security all credit card data is cleared from the secure server immediately after order is processed. At no time is your credit card data at risk.

    FRAUDULENT ORDERS: All fraudulent orders are reported to local authorities and Credit Card Companies. When a fraudulent order is received we will attempt (but cannot guarantee) to notify the cardholder or their issuing bank that the card is being misused. AVDeals will prosecute any parties to the full extent of the law.

    User agrees that the use of the AVDeals site is at the User's own risk. Neither AVDeals.com. nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, parent company or related sites, consultants or agents warrant that its site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the site, or as to the accuracy, reliability or currency of any information, content, service or merchandise provided.
